The Daughter was frequently serenaded with song. The humans expressed their love for the Daughter and Goddess by creating new art, as the Daughter had instructed.

So she spent many years traveling the Orb listening to the songs, seeing the art and gardens, and sharing dance and celebration with the humans.

She loved the songs – even when they were a bit much and veered too much toward worship, which she had forbidden. She didn’t want to dampen the human’s enthusiasm since she recognized that even after all these years, humans were still adjusting to their new reality.

So, the Daughter allowed some space for them to express feelings they had about, well, Her. But also the Mother Orb, and of course The Goddess. She was more protective though with songs about The Goddess since she knew The Goddess was listening. She wanted her Mother to be happy and not annoyed.

There were also a few songs about the Elf Queen – and in fact, she had gained quite the following among the humans since many found her very relate-able since most humans had read books of fiction about Elves for many years. Even though all that they had read was fiction and obviously wrong, they still had an awareness. And so there were entire forest cities dedicated to the Elves and their Queen. These forest cities were particularly popular with the gardeners, bohemians, alternative lifestyle (no longer called alternative though), and humans who wanted to live away from large cities.

So the Daughter loved all the songs and never stopped complimenting the songwriters, singers, instrumentalists, dancers, producers, directors, technicians, and others who worked tirelessly to create music for the Daughter.

As she traveled the globe, the Daughter was given sheets of paper, books, and instruments as gifts. The humans were a kind giving people and even though the Daughter knew all the words beforehand – she was, after all, a Goddess, and could certainly play any instrument and knew every word in every book, she was raised right by her mothers and so she was gracious as she received each and every gift.

Here are a few song lyrics shared with us by one of the Daughter’s Elf sisters.

Hark! The daughter’s sisters Sing

Hark! the daughter’s sisters sing

Glory our sister is born

Gardens on the Orb, with many colors

Daughter and friends laugh in joy

Joyful all the nations rise

Join the sisters in the sky

With sisters’s boast proclaim

Daughter is born, we are whole again

Hark! the Daughter’s sisters sing

Glory our sister is born

What Daughter is this?

What daughter is this who would not rest

On Mother’s lap won’t sleep

Whom friends greet with anthems sweet

while sisters watch are keeping?

So bring Her honey, flowers, and seeds,

Come sisters, Queens to see Her

The Friends of Queens, friendship brings

Let loving hearts befriend Her

This, this is our Daughter

Whom sisters guard and sisters sing

haste, haste, to bring Her sweets

The babe,

The Daughter,

Of Goddess,

What girl is this

who would not rest

on Goddess lap

on Goddess lap

She won’t sleep

This, this is the Daughter

whom sisters guard

and sisters sing

haste, haste to bring Her

sweets

The babe,

The Daughter

Of Goddess

The babe, The Daughter,

The Daughter of the Goddess.

O Holy Night

O holy night! The stars are brightly shining,

it is the night of our dear daughter’s birth

Long lay the Orb in peace and silence waiting

Till She appeared and Her friends felt their worth

A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices,

For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn.

Fall on your knees! Oh hear Her friends voices!

O night divine, the night when the Daughter was born;

O night, O holy night, O night divine!

O night, O holy night, O night divine

Little Drummer Girl

Come they told me, pa rum pum pum pum

A new born Queen to see, pa rum pum pum pum

Our finest smiles we bring, pa rum pum pum pum

To lay before the Queen, pa rum pum pum pum

So, to honor Her, pa rum pum pum pum

When we come.

Little Baby, pa rum pum pum pum

I am a little girl too, pa rum pum pum pum

I have no gift to bring, pa rum pum pum pum

That’s fit to give a Queen, pa rum pum pum pum

Shall I play for you, pa rum pum pum pum

On my drum?

The Goddess nodded, pa rum pum pum pum

The cat and dog kept time, pa rum um pum pum

I played my drum for Her, pa rum pum pum pum

Then She smiled at me, pa rum pum pum pum

me and my drum.
